In the process to provide you access to handcrafted luxury pieces, we also promote and revive Indian heritage artisanal embroidery and craftsmanship. Our pieces are a creation of contemporary patterns using age-old techniques. (Imagine using the strokes of a Fresco painting on a 21st Century architecture)

Can I customize my order? If yes, what is the procedure?

Yes, we customize for a perfect fit. While placing your order you have the option in the drop down bar to choose from one of our standard sizes or click on Made-to-Measure. Once your order is placed we will be in touch with you for your measurement specifications required to process the order.

Please also refer to our how to measure guide’. Each brand measures slightly differently, hence please use our guide to enable us giving you the desired fit.

Is there an extra price for customization?

We want to suit your needs as much as we can and hence do not want you to have to pay extra for that comfort. We do not charge extra for customization if the requirements are exactly as per the design of the product. 

What if my piece needs alteration?

We understand that sometimes there is a human error in measurement or for some reason the fit does not feel right. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase and hence offer free alteration if the fit is not as requested for customized orders only.

Please ship the order back to us within 14 days of receipt. To avail of alteration service, the items must be unused, with all tags intact and in the original condition. We reserve the right to deny alterations if the item is not intact with all the tags and labels.

We don’t provide a return refund unless the piece is found defected from our end.

Once I order, how soon will it reach me?

We do not keep a large inventory instead, we work on a made -to -order model.

Our artisans and tailors make each product to order by hand from our workshops in India. As you can imagine some pieces take several days of intricate work and the timing of shipping and arrival times also vary.

We estimate that your order should reach you approximately 4 to 5 week weeks from your order date.

We ship worldwide. 

What are your shipping charges?

We ship internationally with reliable courier partners.

The prices vary according to shipping zones.

United States:

Orders over USD 300 are eligible for free shipping. 
Flat cost of USD 10 for all other orders

India

Orders over USD 300 are eligible for free shipping. 
Flat cost of USD 6 for all other orders

Rest of the World 

Orders over USD 300 are eligible for free shipping. 
Flat cost of USD 12 for all other orders

Please be aware that the above shipping charges are not inclusive of any customs or import duties that may levy upon reaching the destination country. We have no control over these charges and are unable to estimate what they may be. These charges are the customer's responsibility.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We put in our best effort to hand-make every piece to suit your need, however, if you feel that the garment doesn’t fit well, we are able to offer store credit for all items returned within 7 days, for a total credit of the purchase price. The items must be unused and in original conditions with all the tags and labels intact.
All shipping costs related to returns are your responsibility.
For exchanges, please send us an email at info@clothcrafte.com. We will send you the details for processing your return.

We also accept bank transfers in India.

Please note you can choose the currency you would like to see for the price of the product, but all transactions will be charged in USD (except for Indian bank transfers will be charged in INR)
